On April 18, 2023, the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) announced plans to use “selective contracting” for residential services and service coordination for its Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Support (PFDS) Medicaid 1915(c) waivers. The Adult Autism waiver is not included. The affected residential services include supported living, life sharing, licensed residential habilitation/group service, and unlicensed residential habilitation/group services.

ODP presented its plans on April 27, 2023, to the state’s Medical Assistance Advisory Committee. ODP intends to issue a concept paper by June 13, 2023, to solicit public feedback before submitting statewide 1915 . . .
