San Gabriel Valley Council Of Governments Issues An RFP For Homeless Services Coordination

On October 20, 2020, the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) in California issued a request for proposals (RFP 20-15) for a contractor to manage a regional homeless services coordination program. The contractor will coordinate with the municipalities in service planning area 3 (covering the southeastern part of Los Angeles County) and the City of Montebello. Proposals are due by November 24, 2020. The contract is slated to begin in January 202 and will end on June 15, 2022. The potential contract value was not stated.
