On February 1, 2022, the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS), Human Resources Department issued a invitation to bid (ITB 5400022442) seeking a contractor to provide employee assistance program (EAP) services for SCDHHS employees. Proposals are due by March 1, 2022, and awards will be posted on March 14, 2022. The contract will begin March 25, 2022 for an initial one-year term followed by four one-year renewal options through March 24, 2027. SCDHHS intends to award the contract to the lowest cost responsive bidder.
