Texas Issues RFP For STAR+PLUS Plans With Integrated MLTSS For Beneficiaries With Disabilities
On December 4, 2017, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) released a request for proposal (RFP HHS0000428) for the STAR+PLUS Medicaid managed care program which integrates the delivery of acute care, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, and managed long-term services and supports (LTSS) for adult beneficiaries with disabilities.
