On August 20, 2020, Uber Health and NimbleRx, an on-demand prescription delivery platform, announced a partnership to launch a pilot home prescription delivery program. Uber Health is providing the “last-mile” of prescription delivery fulfillment for customers of pharmacies in Seattle, Washington and Dallas, Texas that contract with NimbleRx. The service is fully integrated with Uber’s ride scheduling software platform.

To use NimbleRx, consumers who use a participating pharmacy download a mobile application or register on the NimbleRx website. For the mobile app interface, NimbleRx sends the consumer a text message with a link to order the prescription . . .
