Umatilla County, Oregon, Selects Community Counseling Solutions As New Behavioral Health Contractor
On May 26, 2021, the Umatilla County, Oregon, county commissioners voted to award a $2 million annual contract to Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) to provide mental health and addiction services. Currently, county employees provide alcohol and drug treatment services, and for the past 14 years, the county has contracted with Lifeways to provide mental health services. The new contract covers both addiction treatment and mental health services to avoid silos and simplify consumer access to treatment, especially for people with a dual diagnosis of addiction disorder and a mental health disorder.
