On May 26, 2021, the Umatilla County, Oregon, county commissioners voted to award a $2 million annual contract to Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) to provide mental health and addiction services. Currently, county employees provide alcohol and drug treatment services, and for the past 14 years, the county has contracted with Lifeways to provide mental health services.
