On September 24, 2021, Union County, New Jersey announced that it reached an agreement with the Hudson County Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (HCC&R) Reintegration Program, in partnership with the Hudson County Department of Housing and Community Reintegration, to provide residential addiction treatment and reentry services for an estimated 80 Union County offenders annually.
