The Utah Governor’s Office of Management and Budget (GOMB) fully implemented its Social Service Blueprint, an interoperable service delivery cross-agency data warehouse initiative, in August of 2020. The platform is intended to coordinate services and improve outcomes for individuals served by multiple social service programs.

The Blueprint platform contains case management data from across programs at the Utah Departments of Corrections, Human Services, and Workforce Services. It currently includes data from the following state agencies:

The Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS).
The Division of Juvenile Justice Services (JJS).
The Family Employment Program (FEP).
