Veritas Capital Partners Purchases GE Healthcare Health IT Portfolio
On July 11, 2018, Veritas (Veritas) Capital and General Electric (GE) announced the purchase of GE Healthcare's health information technology portfolio by Veritas for $1.05 billion. The purchase includes GE Healthcare’s enterprise financial management, ambulatory care management, and workforce management software assets. Veritas will use $850 million in loans for the purchase, which is expected to close during the third quarter of 2018.
