On October 1, 2021, the Henrico County, Virginia government and the Capital Region Workforce Partnership (CRWP) released a request for proposals (RFP 1360-2) seeking an organization that can expand the career pathway model for a year-round and summer workforce program for youth and young adults ages 14 to 24 who live in the Capital Region of Virginia.
