Virtua Health, a health care system in southern New Jersey, has started offering adult consumers waiting for a behavioral health appointment access to Woebot for Adults, a digital tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide consumer support via a chatbot. The Woebot for Adults platform provides support tools based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

The arrangement between Virtua Health and Woebot Health was announced on October 19, 2023. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the collaboration, the Virtua Health team will work with Woebot Health to implement a shared resource center providing the training, deployment, and reporting . . .
