Women With I/DD Have Almost Double The Rate Of Repeat Pregnancy Within A Year
Women with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) have almost twice the rate of repeat pregnancy within a year (7.6%) as those without I/DD (3.9%). Moreover, these women were also more likely to be less than 25 years of age; and to have disadvantages in social and health measures.
