Arbor Behavioral Healthcare Center Executive Director, Dr. Brian Samford, To Present On Building A Consumer-Focused Culture

Gettysburg, Pa. (May 21, 2023)— Building a consumer-focused culture is central to greater organizational performance but can have a heavy cost on team morale if not done right. On May 25 at 1:00 PM ET, Brian Samford, Ph.D., Executive Director of The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare Center, will discuss practical strategies for cultivating a consumer-focused culture in your organization, during Supporting Staff In A Consumer-Focused Culture: The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare Case Study.

During this one-hour live presentation, Dr. Samford will also discuss the role that technology plays in shaping organizational culture, staff satisfaction, and staff retention. He will also discuss best practices for supporting staff self-care, establishing accountability, and keeping team members healthy, engaged, and motivated.

“The loss of high-performing team members immediately has a negative impact on organizational performance,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica E.
