Bancroft Leaders To Present Timely Case Study On Creating Strategic Growth During Challenging Times At Upcoming OPEN MINDS Executive Roundtable

Gettysburg, Pa. (February 13, 2022) – OPEN MINDS will host a Circle Elite Executive Roundtable, Creating A Strategic Growth Plan—The Bancroft Case Study, on Thursday, March 3, at 1:00 pm ET. Karen Lindgren, Ph.D., Chief Clinical Officer, and Judi London, Chief Strategy Officer, of Bancroft, will share with the executive audience their strategy for developing and delivering on growth strategy in a hyper-challenging operating environment. The one-hour session is available to OPEN MINDS Circle Elite members and will be moderated by OPEN MINDS Senior Associate Ray Wolfe.

“Executive teams, and clinicians, have spent the last few years in survival mode,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica Oss. “Positioning specialty organizations for growth, especially in the time of limited resources and unknown funding, is critical for sustainability as we enter into the next normal.”

Faced with ongoing challenges from COVID-19, the Bancroft executive team understood the need to focus on sustainable growth, even through ongoing limitations and changes. Dr. Lindgren and Ms. London will discuss how they engage organizational leadership, identify new and external resources, leverage clinical talent, and extend their reach to deliver on their strategic growth plan. The presentation will include tactics implemented to develop new programs and delivery methods through an inclusive and engaging way between clinical and business teams.
