Gettysburg, Pa. (July 10, 2022) — Pinebrook Family Answers’ Matt Welser, Innovative Technology Analyst, will present Telehealth Emergency To Digital Transformation — The Pinebrook Family Answers Case Study at the July 28 OPEN MINDS Circle Elite Virtual Executive Roundtable. The session will help members learn how Pinebrook Family Answers underwent an organization-wide complete technological transformation, first in response to a need created by the pandemic, but how they then used this as the genesis for lasting change and innovation.

“The pandemic caused a large upheaval in daily operations for the vast majority of health care companies,” stated Monica E. Oss, chief executive officer of OPEN MINDS. “However, how organizations use this time of uncertainty, to either strengthen operations and streamline procedures for innovation, or simply continue doing the same things, will determine market advantage and competitiveness going forward.”

For provider organizations to stay competitive in today’s market, executive teams must plan for the long term with continual renewal and adaptation of their technology. COVID restrictions have pushed most organizations to quickly implement or expand technologies simply to deliver service, so innovation is key. Executive attendees at this event will learn how to coordinate a technology implementation and renewal plan with multiple departments to ensure long term fidelity in operations, how to navigate changing regulations in the health care marketplace in conjunction with the rapid evolution of technology, and the technology security challenges faced by digital first organizations and strategies used to overcome these obstacles.
