The Urgency To Change
Our 2023 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute in February included a great session, Planning For Financial Sustainability, led by Mikel S. Briggs, President and Chief Executive Officer of Little Friends, Inc. What surprised me about the session was that while Mr. Briggs objective was getting his organization on a solid financial footing, his focus was on how to get staff to buy into the need to change—how to create a sense of urgency.
