How To “AI-Proof” Your Organization
Like most executives, I’ve spent a fair amount of time over the past six months thinking about how artificial intelligence (AI) will affect our organization’s future. There seems to be three big questions.;What AI-enabled services will our competitors offer—and will our customers prefer them? Which of our current services will be made redundant by AI?;What staff activities will be replaced by AI-enabled technology, reducing costs (and price points)—and also our revenues?;;
