New Contracts, New Services, New Plans – The YTD Update

The first quarter of 2024 brought a host of new developments in the markets serving high-needs consumers. The ‘must see’ developments include new contract awards reshaping the market, announcements of new services, and policy changes at the state and federal level.;

There were a host of new contract awards.  The contracts look to expand access to managed care—to mental health and addiction treatment services, services for people with intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD), and school-based telehealth services.
