I had a great day yesterday at the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies (NJAMHAA) annual conference. The health and human service system in New Jersey is changing – a new Medicaid expansion population, an estimated 74,000 increase in the number of insured citizens through the state’s health insurance exchange, a pending RFP for a Medicaid behavioral health carve-out, and much more.
