California Creates $75 Million Fund To Provide Stimulus Money To Undocumented Immigrants

On April 15, 2020, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced $75 million to create a one-time disaster relief assistance fund for undocumented state residents impacted by COVID-19. The California Department of Social Services (DSS) seeks to begin distributions in mid-May 2020.
