I’m big on making sure that every organization has a strategy for success and financial sustainability. That means having the executive team take the time to develop a data-driven strategic plan, ensure that the plan is implemented, and adjust that plan based on real-time performance data.
But having a strategic plan and making sure the implementation is successful are two different issues.
