I stopped in to see an older neighbor recently—and noticed she had her telephone to her ear and was distressed. It turns out that she was trying to 'fix' a prescription and had been on hold for two hours. When I learned more, I came away with a simple conclusion—the 'fix' would have taken a few minutes if she had a computer.
