Going Hybrid—It’s The People
The genie is out of the bottle. The pandemic gave the majority of the American public the opportunity to use telehealth for their health care services. And generally, they like it. A recent J.D. Power survey found that 67% of consumers used telehealth, 57% of those preferred it for mental health visits. 80% say they prefer telehealth for prescription refills; 72% say they prefer telehealth for reviewing medication options; and 71% say they prefer telehealth for discussing test results.
