No Technology Can Save A Flawed Strategy
If we’ve learned anything in the health care field post-pandemic, it’s that the current executive experience is akin to a roller coaster ride. We're all learning what the “new” landscape is going to look like. We know there will be more telehealth than before. We know that consumers are using fewer services overall (though use of behavioral health has increased by 17%). And we know that customer expectations have changed— and are changing.
Consumers now demand faster care, more convenience, a personalized experience, and lower costs. Payers want low use of emergency rooms, low rehospitalization rates . . .
