The Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) plans to implement a shared services hub statewide to help support licensed child care centers and family home early learning programs as small businesses. The hub will provide business and administrative supports such as financial management, billing, accounting, payroll, and human resources. The goal is to increase sustainability of small businesses operating child care centers or family day care/early education programs. There is no incumbent providing these services.
