Have You Optimized Your Organization For Value-Based Reimbursement? The OPEN MINDS VBR Assessment

This presentation was delivered on February 14, 2019, at the 2019 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute. In the presentation, the speakers reviewed the key competencies their organizations need to prepare for value-based reimbursement (VBR), including leadership, organizational infrastructure and financial management; technology infrastructure functionality; provider network management and clinical performance optimization; and consumer access and engagement.
