HealthcareSource Acquires Vikus Corporation

HealthcareSource recently announced that is has acquired Vikus Corporation. The acquisition was closed in November 2017, but the terms were not disclosed.

With the new acquisition, HealthcareSource will extend its leadership in the healthcare talent management market by helping healthcare organizations deliver care through quality talent across the continuum of care. The combined company will have more than 6,300 healthcare clients that will serve the talent management needs of more than 50% of registered hospitals in the U.S. The product suite will be renamed and re-branded as HealthcareSource Senior Living and Post-Acute.
