Community Mutual Blue Cross & Blue Shield, based in Cincinnati, has selected Green Spring Mental Health Services to provide behavioral health services for its beneficiaries. According to Joe Tollman, Community Mutuals Director, Managed Mental Health Programs, We are working with Green Spring on two products - an enhanced utilization review product and a mental health carve-out product. The carve-out product will be sold in all of our markets. It will be sold as a free-standing program . . .
