Youth Services International, Inc. (YSI) announced on July I, 1998 that it has completed the acquisition of Community Corrections, Inc. (CCI) through the exchange of 866,772 shares of YSI stock for all of the outstanding stock of CCI. CCI operates residential boot camp and detention facilities with a total capacity of 353 beds in Texas and provides aftercare services to adjudicated youth in Georgia.
