Just last week, Forbes Magazine published a guide to health plans—Best Affordable Health Insurance Plans of 2024.;What I wanted to know is what criteria they used in evaluating those plans.;The answer was very straightforward.;The top two factors—each 30% of the score— included complaints made to state insurance departments and the plan ratings from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).;Not unexpectedly, it was all in the numbers.
