Oss I was fascinated to read what keeps employers up at night these days—and it seems to be chronic health conditions. Most large employers (and many small firms) have programs that help employees identify health issues and manage chronic conditions—including health risk assessments, biometric screenings, and health promotion programs—and offer incentives to encourage participation (see 2020 Employer Health Benefits Survey). And new survey data (see 2020 Health Care Delivery Survey) found that 51% of employers are now offering third-party digital, virtual, or coaching solutions for behavioral health.
