Atrias Patrick Mulloy Resigns
Atria Communities, Inc.s chief executive officer, Patrick Mulloy, recently resigned from the Kentucky-based assisted living company after four years of service. According to the companys press release, Mr. Mulloy will be retained as a consultant and work with his replacement, Mark Ticotin, and chief operating officer, Werner Neuteufel, during a transition phase. Mr. Ticotin is a principal and executive vice president at Lazard Freres Real Estate Investors and currently serves on Atrias board of directors.
