North Carolina Senate Approves Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Abuse Services Reform Bill
North Carolina is one step closer to adopting legislation that would reform the state's mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services (MH/DD/SAS). House Bill 381 (H381) has passed its 3rd reading in the North Carolina Senate.
