Horizon Health Corporation Acquires Management Contracts from Perspectives Health Management Corporation
On October 5, 2001, Horizon Health Corporation announced that it acquired all the mental health management contracts of Perspective Health Management Corporation (PHM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Legal Access Technologies, Inc. Contracts associated with 12 management contract locations were acquired from PHM by Horizon Mental Health Management Inc., Horizon Health's mental health contract management subsidiary.
