Marriott Takes on Three New Minnesota Facilities
Three senior assisted living facilities (ALFs) in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area have joined the Marriott Senior Living Services management portfolio. The three ALFS - Rosewood Estate of Highland, Rosewood Estate of Roseville, and Rosewood Estate of Maplewood - are owned by affiliates of the Care Institute Group, Inc. The facility offer assisted living and short term or respite care. Under Marriott's management, they will provide a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse around the clock, in addition to other trained caregivers.
