The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General held a lecture on September 6, 2001, and the topic was "The Attorney General's Health Care Unit - One Year Later."  The presenter was Lawrence M. Otter, Esq., the Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Otter said the Attorney General's office has developed a task force to address patterns and practices of managed behavioral health organizations (MBHOs), insurance companies, and managed care organizations.
