The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General held a lecture on September 6, 2001, and the topic was "The Attorney General's Health Care Unit - One Year Later."  The presenter was Lawrence M. Otter, Esq., the Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
