Texas Children's Health Plan Stays in SCHIP
Texas Children's Health Plan has reached an agreement with the state's Health and Human Services Commission on payment rates, keeping it in the State Children's Health Insurance Program. The plan, a subsidiary of Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, had reported losses of $9.7 million through July 2001, and projected losing $16 million over the next year.
