Michigan Conducts Audit Requiring Repayment of Funds In October 2004, Michigan Department of Community Health officials conducted an audit of Livingston County Community Mental Health Services Authority (LCCMHSA) to examine the accounting practices for the 1999-2000 fiscal year that could require the mental health provider to repay approximately $75,000 to the state.
