KidsPeace Launches New Program in Georgia On November 21, 2004, KidsPeace Bowdon (Georgia) was launched as a residential therapeutic campus developed to provide greatly needed therapeutic residential and educational mental health services to Georgia children struggling with emotional crises and educational issues. Congressman Phil Gingrey, M.D., and local officials, together with KidsPeace, initiated the program, which will help hundreds of children by providing an effective alternative to more intensive and costly psychiatric programs.
