Raney Named New CEO of Prevent Child Abuse America In October 2004, Judith Raney was named chief executive officer of Prevent Child Abuse (PCA) America. She replaces Sid Johnson and interim CEO, John Holton. PCA America is a charity organization working at national, state, and community levels to prevent child abuse in all forms.
