Netsmart Technologies Signs $4.8 Million Software Contract with Hennepin County in Minnesota Netsmart Technologies, Inc. (NTST) announced on November 18, 2005 that it has signed a $4.8 million contract to provide behavioral health care software to the Human Services and Public Health Department (HSPHD) of Hennepin County, Minnesota. The three-year contract has NTST providing software, on-site products support, project management resources, and development of interfaced software for new initiatives.  HSPHD has a staff of 1,700 clinicians and administrators that provide mental and public health services to more than 74,000 clients . . .
