White House Releases ‘All In’ Federal Plan For 25% Reduction In Homelessness
On December 19, 2022, the Biden-Harris administration released a federal plan to reduce the number of homeless people by 25% by 2025. The federal plan is called “All In: The Federal Strategic Plan To Prevent & End Homelessness.” It was developed by the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH), as a blueprint for state and local governments to use to create their own plans to prevent and end homelessness and setting their own goals for 2025.
