Arizona Medicaid Contract: Care 1st Arizona – Acute Care Program, January 28, 2013

The state of Arizona operates two primary managed care programs to serve Medicaid enrollees—The Acute Care program and the Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS) program. Under the Acute Care program, health plans deliver acute care services to individuals who do not require long-term services and supports (LTSS).

This Acute Care program contract is for the following health plan: Care 1st Arizona, signed January 28, 2013.
