The U.S. Department of Education (ED) is moving administration of the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), according to a recent announcement – Education Department Transfers Administration Of Special Education Programs To HHS Under Interagency Agreement.
