Dust Off Your Emergency Playbook

It appears we're moving right from the pandemic emergency to the stagflation emergency. Like every executive, I've been waiting for the pandemic emergency to 'be over' and return to normal—or at least the 'next normal'. But, it appears that is unlikely to happen. Rather it seems that we are entering an era of instability that will be marked by a series of 'emergencies'—and require executives to adopt a new management model.
