Advanced Hospice Management (AHM) acquired Healthcare Management and Billing Service, LLC (HCMBS), a home health billing service. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nationally recognized hospice and home health billing expert, Delaine Henry, will become an owner and serve as chief executive officer (CEO) of the combined companies.

The combined entity will be renamed Advanced Revenue Cycle Management, LLC (ARCM). It will provide hospice, home health, and palliative care revenue cycle management services to provider organizations of all sizes across the United States, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
