COVID-19 Infection Rate Of Health Care Workers In High Risk Settings Varies From 3.5% To 7.4%
The rate of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection among health care workers working in “high risk” settings ranged from 3.5% for nurse practitioners/physician assistants to 7.4% for employees in environmental services, as determined by a test to detect antibodies to COVID-19. For all health care workers in high-risk settings, about 4.4% had COVID-19 antibodies.
