Supreme Court Emergency Ruling Allows CDC COVID-19 Eviction Moratorium To Remain
On June 29, 2021, the Supreme Court of the United States issued an emergency ruling to permit a national moratorium on evictions to remain in place until the scheduled expiration date of July 31, 2021.
