OPEN MINDS Announces Executive Roundtable On Financial Resilience & Operational Growth Featuring YFA’s Karen Maziarz & Toby Fritz

GETTYSBURG, PA (March 17, 2024) — OPEN MINDS will host the Executive Roundtable, Architects Of Financial Resilience: The Youth & Family Alternatives Case Study, on March 21 at 1:00 pm ET. This webinar features Youth & Family Alternatives’ Chief Operating Officer, Toby Fritz, and Chief Financial and Strategy Officer, Karen Maziarz, who will discuss how financial and operations leaders can partner for effective organizational growth.

This case study will cover how Youth & Family Alternatives transitioned from a concentration in foster care and adoption case management to a full continuum of behavioral health services while concurrently preparing their organization for both revenue and geographic expansion.

Executive attendees will learn which key issues impact finance and operations when developing new service lines and how to analyze service line portfolios as a key component for developing service lines.

“In today’s health and human services market, organizations need to explore growth options,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer Monica E. Oss. “But to do this effectively, financial and operations leaders need to come together and make difficult decisions, such as adjusting budgets, reallocating resources, and launching new services.”

To register for the 1:00 p.m. ET, March 21 event, visit https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/4479587830007719003. There is no cost to register, but a free membership in the OPEN MINDS Circle is required.
