In recent years, we have seen health care oriented technology—for services, administration, and data use—stand out as one of the key leadership challenges for health and human service organization executive teams. Building a viable strategic plan—and having the tools needed to succeed both today, and in the future—means prioritizing tech investments. That will take planning, budgeting, and implementation—and the ability to overcome foreseeable challenges.
